Michelle is an award winning spa owner, retreat strategist and leadership coach. She is the event coordinator for the Cabarete Butterfly Effect, which after 13 years, is now the largest women’s Watersport event in the Caribbean!

Along with her 2 girls Naiya and Allie, she lives in Cabarete Dominican Republic and spends her downtime windsurfing the waves of the North Shore.
